Wildcats to Host Meet and Greet Saturday, Jan. 30

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern's softball program will host a meet-and-greet at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, following its open practice that morning. The post-practice event will take place in the N Club located inside of McGaw Hall.

Everyone is welcome to the post-practice event where the team will chat with visitors and sign autographs. Come early to watch the team prepare for the 2010 season during its Saturday morning workout in Trienens, Northwestern's indoor facility located north of the football stadium along Ashland Ave.

The Wildcats open the season Feb. 12-14 at the Kajikawa Classic in Tempe, Ariz. Northwestern kicks of its 2010 home schedule at 1 p.m. CT Saturday, March 27, against Purdue at Sharon J. Drysdale Field.
