Wildcats Will Host Fall Ball Tournament Sunday, Oct. 11

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern will host Miami (Ohio) and Loyola (Chicago) in a fall ball tournament on Sunday, Oct. 11, at Sharon J. Drysdale Field.

The Wildcats and RedHawks will begin the festivities at 10 a.m. CT, followed by Loyola vs. Miami at noon CT. The 'Cats and Ramblers then will conclude the day with a 2 p.m. CT contest.

Admission to the tournament is free of charge and tailgating is permitted in the parking lot located east of the Ryan Field football stadium and just south of Drysdale Field.

Northwestern begins its fall schedule Sunday, Sept. 27, at the Stone City Collegiate Fall Fling in Joliet, Ill. NU takes on Eastern Illinois at 11:45 a.m. and SIU-Edwardsville at 3:45 p.m.
