TAMPA, Fla. -- Northwestern held its second full practice in Tampa Monday morning at Tampa Jesuit High School before the team headed to Busch Gardens in the afternoon. Prior to enjoying the park, five Wildcats participated in a made-for-TV "meet-and-greet" with several park animals.
After an 18-period workout, the 'Cats again feasted on catered Outback Steakhouse food cooked fresh during practice. Tuesday's menu included steak, chicken, macaroni & cheese and carrot cake. After practice, Mark Woodsum, Brendan Mitchell, Marshall Thomas, Adam Hahn and Jordan Mabin headed to Busch Gardens early to interact with some park animals. The group got to meet and experience a tropical bird, a sloth and a mini-anteater type of animal before chatting with the assembled media. The rest of the Wildcats and Tigers joined their teammates at Busch Gardens after the media event and enjoyed a fun afternoon at the park.

Bowl week continues Tuesday with another workout, a team luncheon at the Tampa Convention Center and Players Night at GameWorks in Ybor City, Fla.
TICKET OFFICE INFORMATION
The Northwestern Ticket Office is open in Tampa for the Outback Bowl. The office is in the Private Dining Room of the Westin Harbour Island Hotel located on the Lobby Level by the Restaurant. Office hours will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. from December 27th thru December 31st. The Bowl Ticket Office phone number is 813-204-2028. The Evanston ticket office will be open during regular business hours December 28th thru December 30th.
