SAN ANTONIO -- Pre-game festivities continued Sunday in San Antonio with the Wells Fargo Kickoff Luncheon before the Wildcats took their official Valero Alamo Bowl team photograph.
More than 1,500 fans packed the Grand Ballroom at the Marriott Rivercenter for the annual luncheon, emceed by ESPN's Ron Franklin. Both school's bands and cheer squads performed, Franklin interviewed two players from each team and each coach gave a brief talk. Highlight films of each school's seasons also were played.
With game day just one day away, Northwestern then entered the Alamodome for the second time to take its team photo and conduct its walk-through. View a photo gallery of the day here.
Northwestern now will move into its typical game-week Friday night schedule to prepare for tomorrow's 7 p.m. kickoff on ESPN.
