Tuna here again, just giving you guys an update on how the day went. The day started off by the O line once again meeting to get some work in. We met at 10 a.m. this time to get after some film before we did some more position specific work. We looked at a couple cut-ups in an effort to get to know the Tigers. We watched both inside and outside zone, as well as the pressure cut-up. Mizzou is a good team with some good players and I know that we are looking forward to the opportunity to get to play them. After film, the O line lumbered out into the indoor where we went over run game foot work and blitz pickup situations. Throughout the whole film session and position work exercises, the whole O line complained how hungry they were. However, once we got in the showers and were discussing where we were going to eat as a unit, everybody slowly bailed and had their own agendas. The underclassmen were going to save their money and eat in the dorms, while Kurt had to study, Joel had an appointment of some sort, and everyone else had already made plans. So, Subway it was. Two five-dollar footlongs, one chicken breast and one meatball.

When I got back to my house the subs were calling my name. I promised myself I would eat my two subs in front of our big screen then head upstairs to my room to study for my LAST FINAL. However, my fifteen minute lunch break soon turned into two very entertaining hours of Jack McCoy putting bad guys behind bars in two intense (as always) episodes of Law and Order.

The rest of the day was filled with studying for my Astronomy final. As a senior that has completed my major and my minor, I chose to enroll in an introductory astronomy class. In fact, the title of the class is Highlights of Astronomy. My logic when choosing this class was that I wanted a relatively easy course during my senior football season, but I also wanted a course that would keep my interest. Boy did I make a mistake. Not only is this "introductory" class extremely challenging, but the class has also not piqued my interest in the least. I never imagined that something sounding as cool as a black hole, could actually be so boring.

It has been brought to my attention that many of my readers out there are wondering where my nickname Tuna comes from. I will explain later, but for now, it's back to learning about the cycles of the moon and how to determine how far different objects in our galaxy are from the Earth when using Astronomical Units. Thanks for reading, and can't wait to see the Wildcat Nation in San Antonio bleeding purple.
