After posting two run-rule victories Friday at the Tiger Invitational, Erin Dyer and the Wildcats were slowed down Saturday by a different opponent: the snow.

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- After a beautiful day for softball Friday in Missouri, mother nature has turned her cold shoulder on the Wildcats and the Tiger Invitational. With snow blanketing the ground and still falling at a steady pace at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, the day's Tiger Invitational games all have been canceled.

Tentatively, the Wildcats will play their regularly scheduled Sunday game against Columbia College at 10 a.m., then have scheduled a make-up game against host Missouri slated to begin at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
