EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern men's basketball sophomore forward Kevin Coble and his mother, Carlys, are the subject of a current feature story on ESPN.com. Senior writer Andy Katz chronicled Kevin's decision to return home to Phoenix to be with his mother who is battling breast cancer.

The feature coincides with "Jimmy V Week" on ESPN in an effort to build cancer awareness.

Last season, Coble became the first freshman in school history to lead the team in both scoring and rebounding.
