Ryan Keenan Selected to Play in 2007 Hula Bowl

EVANSTON, Ill. - Senior Ryan Keenan will compete in the 2007 Hula Bowl, the postseason all-star contest that will be played Sunday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m. (CT) at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu. The game is being televised by ESPN.
Keenan started all 12 games at right tackle in 2006 after starting at offensive guard the entire 2005 season. He was moved to the tackle position at the start of the 2006 preseason camp. Keenan was Northwestern's off-season strength and conditioning champion.
Keenan follows 2005 Wildcat standout Mark Philmore, who competed in the 2006 Hula Bowl, and is one of only three Big Ten players on the Kai (West) Team.
