Eight different Wildcats hit at least one three-pointer, a school record.
The Wildcats shot 73.9 percent (17-of-23) in the first half and 57.4 percent (27-of-47) overall, their best shooting performances of the season.
The 'Cats connected on 11-of-21 three-pointers, their second-highest of the season and the 26th time in the Bill Carmody era that the Wildcats have connected on 10 or more treys. They are 17-9 in those games.
The Wildcats held IPFW to 49 points, marking the seventh time this season NU has held an opponent below 50. NU is 7-0 in those games.
Tim Doyle, who led the Wildcats with 14 points, tied a career-high with seven assists. He was 6-of-8 from the field with a three-pointer.
The Wildcats had 10 different players reach the scoring column.
NU recorded 21 assists, two shy of their season-high of 23 set against Northern Colorado Jan. 1.
Bernard Coté had another solid outing with 11 points, four rebounds and three assists.
