EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern's men's tennis team will no longer compete in the Baylor Invitational scheduled for Sept. 23-25. Baylor has canceled all campus events and programs scheduled during the weekend in preparation for Hurricane Rita, which is expected to hit the Texas coastline Friday night.

Willy Lock (Lima, Peru/Markham College) and Christian Tempke (Wentorf, Germany/Gymnasium LohbrÜgge) were scheduled to participate in the tournament, but will now take the weekend to prepare for future tournaments.

The rest of the Wildcats will still participate in the Tom Fallon Invitational held in Notre Dame, Ind. this weekend.
