Northwestern Suspends Two Players

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern football coach Randy Walker announced Friday that senior wide receiver Brandon Horn (Farmington, Mich./Detroit Country Day) has been suspended for the entire 2005 season while junior cornerback Cory Dious (Atlanta, Ga./Mays) has been suspended for one week as well as the season-opening game vs. Ohio.
Both players were suspended for a violation of team rules.
Horn caught 40 passes for 562 yards and five touchdowns in three years with the Wildcats.
