EVANSTON, Ill. -- Junior Mike Alexadrov (Champaign, Ill./Centennial) has earned his second-consecutive Big Ten Swimmer of the Week honor, while sophomore Ryan McIntosh (Louisville, Ky./Trinity) captured his first-career Big Ten Diver of the Week honor in a Northwestern sweep of the conference's weekly laurels.

Alexandrov earns his second weekly honor of this season after swimming to two NCAA "B" qualifying times in the 200-yard breaststroke (1:58.53) and 400 individual medley (3:52.79), claiming first in both events.

The junior went on to help his team finish first in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:32.76.

McIntosh collects his first-ever Diver of the Week accolade after recording a pair of season-best performances in both the one-meter and three-meter competitions in Madison, Wis., last weekend.

The sophomore broke the pool record on the three-meter board by 30 points with a score of 388.13, notching a season and career-best. He also claimed victory in the one-meter event, scoring 322.18 points.

McIntosh joins freshman Chelsea Davis (Columbus, Ohio/Worthington Kilbourne) in a sweep of the Big Ten Diver of the Week awards.

Northwestern returns to action this Friday through Sunday, Nov. 18-20, at the Purdue Invitational.
