EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern's coaching staff has set its annual Coaches Clinic for Saturday, March 5th at Welsh-Ryan Arena.
The clinic will feature presentations from Head Coach Keylor Chan, assistant coaches Jenny Manz and Ryan Theis and Strength and Conditioning Coach Katie Austin on an assortment of topics.
Schedule & Topics:
8:30 a.m. - Registration
9 a.m. - Recruiting seminar, Ryan Theis
9:30 a.m. - Attacking & blocking techniques and concepts, Keylor Chan
10:30 a.m. - Team defense concepts & drills, Ryan Theis
11:30 a.m. - Strength & conditioning seminar, Katie Austin
Noon - Lunch provided by Northwestern Volleyball
12:50 p.m. - Individual passing & defensive concepts, Jenny Manz
1:40 p.m. - Training your setters, Ryan Theis
2:20 p.m. - Team offensive concepts & drills, Keylor Chan
Cost: First coach $75, additional staff coaches: $50 (cost includes lunch)
