Coaches Clinic Will Take Place on Saturday

EVANSTON, Ill.--Northwestern's annual coaches clinic will take place this Saturday, March 13 at Welsh-Ryan Arena. The clinic will offer high school and club coaches from the Midwest a unique opportunity to work with some of the nation's elite college coaches, as well as some of the top local high school and club coaches.
Speakers include NU head coach Keylor Chan, who has led the 'Cats to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances, Wildcats assistant coach and former All-American Jenny Manz and Northwestern alum Mary Kaminsky, who is currently the head coach at Glenbard West High School.
Debbie Ofcky, athletic director at New Trier High School, Wayne King, director of the Club Fusion Volleyball club and Northwestern assistant strength and conditioning coach Katie Austin also will give presentations.
Speakers will discuss an array of topics ranging from team training and practice planning to drill work and technique. The clinic will feature a morning and afternoon session with lunch in between. Lunch is included in the clinic fee.
