EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern University Men's Basketball Head Coach Bill Carmody today announced the signing of Craig Moore (Doylestown, Pa./Lawrenceville [N.J.] Prep) to a National Letter of Intent. As NU has only one scholarship available, he is the first and only signee for the Wildcats this year.

A 6-foot-4 guard, Moore will matriculate at Northwestern in 2005 and be eligible to play for the Wildcats next season.

"We are delighted to have Craig join our program," said Carmody. "He is an excellent shooter and passer, and can handle the ball well. Beyond that, he is tough and a real competitor. With only one scholarship available, we knew we had to choose wisely, and with our emphasis on the perimeter game Craig is a guy who will fit into our program and help us right away."
