Wildcats Announce Signing of Brandon Lee

EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern University Men's Basketball Head Coach Bill Carmody today announced the signing of Brandon Lee (Peoria, Ill./Peoria Central) to a National Letter of Intent. He becomes the first signee for the Wildcats this year.
A 6-foot-1 guard, Lee will matriculate at Northwestern in 2004 and be eligible to play for the Wildcats next season.
"We are excited to add a player of Brandon's caliber to our program," said Carmody. "He comes from a winning program, and the value of being in a program that wins cannot be underestimated. Brandon is a solid all-around player-he can bring the ball up, score when he needs to score, and he is capable of shutting down the other team's best player. I thnk he can contribute immediately to our success."
