Single-game tickets are now on sale for Northwestern University football games. They can be purchased by visiting the Ryan Field Ticket Office (open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday), by calling 847-491-CATS, or by contacting Ticketmaster.
Season ticket packages, which have been on sale since early March, are still available as well.
Single-game ticket prices are $30 for the Navy (Sept. 15), Michigan State (Sept. 29) and Minnesota (Oct. 13) games, and $35 each for the Penn State (Oct. 20) and Iowa (Nov. 10) contests. Season tickets are priced at $150 and $100 (end zone seats). A family plan package (two adults, three children) costs $375.
Northwestern is coming off its third Big Ten championship season in the past six years and is one of the favorites to capture the 2001 crown, according to several preseason prognosticators. The Wildcats are led by Heisman Trophy candidate and 2000 All-American tailback Damien Anderson.
