EVANSTON, Ill. - The Blue Ribbon College Football Yearbook announced its preseason Top 25, and Northwestern came in 12th in the poll.
The University of Miami is the No. 1 team in Blue Ribbon College Football Yearbook's preseason Top 25 poll. Miami got the edge over Florida, which finished a close No. 2 in the poll.
Defending national champion Oklahoma, Nebraska and Texas are next in a barrage of Big 12 teams. The Top Ten is rounded out by No. 6 Tennessee, No. 7 Florida State, No. 8 Virginia Tech, No. 9 UCLA and No. 10 Georgia Tech.
Blue Ribbon College Football Book is in its second year after a successful debut in 2000. The book follows much the same format as the popular Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook, which is entering its 21st year.
