Evanston, Ill. - The Wildcats men's tennis squad (7-1) will host intrastate rival Illinois Saturday, March 3 at noon in the Johnson Tennis Center. For the second week in a row, Northwestern is ranked No. 30 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) polls, while the Fighting Illini dropped two spots to No. 15 after a loss to Tennessee last week.

NU's No. 1 doubles pair of Brad Erickson (Eugene Ore./South Eugene) and Joost Hol (Newport Beach, Calif./Foothill) will be going for their eighth consecutive win. They have not lost in doubles action since the end of January. In singles play, Erickson and Hol each lost only one match in the month of February, amassing 5-1 records for the month.
