EVANSTON, Ill. - The Wildcats host their third nationally ranked team in six days when the No. 6 Wisconsin Badgers come to Evanston on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

NU (6-6, 3-3) has a tough match ahead of them, as Wisconsin (12-2, 6-0) is the only undefeated team in Big Ten Conference play.

On the roster for the Badgers are All-Americans Lizzy Fitzgerald and Sherisa Livingston. Wisconsin leads the league in kills (17.94), assists (16.04), and digs (15.57) per game.

But the Wildcats are strong at the net and lead the Big Ten in blocking with a 3.20 average per game. Sophomore Erika Lange (Orland Park, Ill./Sandburg) and junior Sarah Ballog (Coto de Caza, Calif./Santa Margarita) are first (1.53 BPG) and third (1.38 BPG) individually in the conference.

All volleyball matches for the month of October will be played on the fieldhouse court behind the main arena at Welsh-Ryan. The heavy flooding that occurred on campus in August caused damage to the main court's hardwood floor, and it is being refurbished.

Match time is 7 p.m. Temporary bleachers will be brought in for the matches, and all ticket information remains the same.
