EVANSTON, Ill. - Despite wins from Joost Hol and Jamie Sahara, the Northwestern University men's tennis team fell to the University of San Diego, 5-2, Thursday afternoon in San Diego. The loss dropped the Wildcats to 5-7 overall.

Hol, playing in the No. 2 spot, defeated German Maldonado (6-3, 6-3), while Sahara downed Ross Bourne (6-3, 6-3) in the No. 6 spot.

Northwestern was swept in the doubles matches to lose the first point.
