Erickson And Edlefsen Shine At Day Two Of Hurricane Invitational

EVANSTON, Ill. - The 'Cats were not so successful in day two action at the Eighth Annual Hurricane Invitational. Senior Brad Erickson was NU's lone singles winner.
Erickson defeated Tulsa's Pawel Sebastyanski, 7-6(2), 6-3 in Flight A singles. In a doubles match that went to the wire, Erickson, paired with Edlefsen to take the match from Tulsa's McGregor and Sudhakara in the breaker (9-7(7)).
Northwestern will compete against Southwest Missouri State Sunday morning at 8 a.m. to close out the tournament.
