Men's Tennis Defeats Alabama, 5-2

EVANSTON, Ill. - The Wildcat men's tennis team defeated the University of Alabma 5-2 Saturday. At No. 1 singles, senior Marc Silva held off Francisco Rodriguez to win 7-5, 3-6, 6-3. Doug Bohaboy had an easier time at No. 2 singles, breezing past Ariel Rivera 6-0, 6-2. Sophomores Brad Erickson and Derrick Nguyen each picked up a win at No. 5 and No. 6 singles respectively.

The next Wildcat home match is Saturday January 31, against Minnesota.
