EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwesterns Evan Eschmeyer has been named one of 10 finalists for the Naismith Award, presented by the Atlanta Tipoff Club to the National Player of the Year. This is the second National Player of the Year award to which Eschmeyer has been named a finalist. Earlier this month, he was named one of 10 finalists for the Oscar Robertson Award, presented by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association.
