Shaun Cora joined NUDAR in January 2026 as the Assistant Director of Membership & Customer Experience. In this role, he oversees membership operations, guest services, student and temporary staff training, and initiatives focused on member engagement and retention. 
 
Before joining NUDAR, Shaun attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for his undergraduate and graduate studies while also working in various member services positions within campus recreation.
