Sean Kosecki joined Northwestern Athletics in February 2023 as Assistant Director of Compliance. Kosecki supports compliance efforts for various Wildcats sports including men's soccer, men's and women's tennis, cross country, and fencing.
Prior to Northwestern, Kosecki worked as compliance officer at Portland State University where he oversaw the Name, Image and Likeness program for all 15 sports. He also worked as the compliance liaison to the Big Sky Conference. Prior to Portland State, Kosecki worked as a compliance intern at Marquette University Athletics.
A native of Rochester Hills, Mich., Kosecki graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations and Polish in 2017. He received his JD from Marquette University Law School and received his certificate from the National Sports Law Institute.
