Natalie joined Northwestern in 2018. She is responsible for managing the health care of women's fencing and previously worked with the women's lacrosse program from 2018-2022. Natalie is the program director for the Northwestern Medicine/Northwestern University Athletic Training Residency in the specialty area of rehabilitation.

Natalie is a graduate of Boston University where she earned a degree in Athletic Training. She received her Master’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, completing the Post-Professional Athletic Training Program. While at Oregon, she worked with the softball and track & field and field and cross country programs. Natalie came to Northwestern from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she coordinated the health care for the track & field and cross country programs. She also worked as a neurotrauma and spine resident athletic trainer at her alma mater.

Natalie resides in Fox River Grove, IL with her husband Josh and son, Kolter.
