Lyndsey Field has been with Northwestern Athletics since August of 2021. She currently serves as an Associate Director of Events and Facilities. Her primary sports within the department include Men’s Soccer and Women’s Field Hockey, along with secondary assistance on Football, Women’s Lacrosse, and Northwestern’s Tennis programs. She previously held roles as Assistant Director of Events and Facilities and Events Management and Championships Intern.
In addition to working at Northwestern, Field works in the Events and Entertainment Department for the Chicago Bears. Her roles with the Bears include engaging with fans in activations to promote the club, creating positive experiences for all attendees, and participating in in-game promotions and giveaways to enhance fan entertainment.
Prior to her current roles, she previously worked in wedding and corporate event planning as an Event Producer at Food for Thought. There, she was involved with booking, coordinating, and fully executing special occasions throughout the city of Chicago
