This includes leading donor outreach and creating email, video and social media campaigns that help tell the story of Northwestern Athletics. In his previous role as Assistant Director of Operations, Events & Premium Seating, Siegel developed the communications strategy behind major gifts and provided operational support at dozens of special events, including the opening of Northwestern's temporary football stadium.

He is a Sarasota, Florida native and lives in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood. He is still a member of at least three group chats that began in the student section at Ryan Field and Welsh-Ryan Arena.
