Wallace joined the Northwestern men’s basketball program as a graduate manager in June of 2017. As a graduate manager, Wallace is responsible for game and scouting preparation, undergraduate managers and assisting in player development sessions and practice.
Wallace played collegiately at North Carolina State (2013-15) and Charleston Southern (2015-17). He was a member of two NCAA tournament teams and a Sweet 16 appearance with a victory over No. 1 overall seed Villanova in 2015.
Wallace transferred to Charleston Southern in 2015 and played for coach Barclay Radebaugh from 2015-17. He was mentored by assistant coaches BJ McKie, the all-time leading scorer at South Carolina, and Thomas Butters, whose grandfather was the athletic director at Duke University from 1977-1997. He finished his career at Charleston Southern 15th all-time in 3-pointers made with 117 made triples in just two seasons at Charleston Southern. Wallace was also a two-time Big South All-Academic and NABC Honors Court member in both of his seasons at Charleston Southern.
A Charlotte, North Carolina, native, Wallace played his prep basketball at Brewster Academy (N.H.). He earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from Charleston Southern University in 2017 and is pursuing his Master’s of Arts in Sports Administration at Northwestern and is scheduled to graduate in the spring of 2019.
