Internationally, Bass has held several leadership roles with Israel Lacrosse since joining their staff in 2017. Bass led her squad, which featured Wildcat alumnae Kendall Halpern and Julie Krupnick, to the team’s first-ever bronze medal with a 5-1 record in Japan. In addition, she served as an assistant coach and manager for the Team Israel Box Team, helping the team capture gold at the 2026 European Box Championships, and is currently serving as General Manager of the Team Israel Sixes Team.
In her role with the Lake Show, Bass will oversee the day-to-day operations of the lacrosse program, including team travel, scheduling, recruiting coordination, equipment and apparel, team logistics, budgeting, alumni and donor engagement and administrative support. She will work closely with the coaching staff, student-athletes, athletic department staff and external partners to coordinate the operational needs of the program and create an organized and successful experience for the team.
A Westfield, N.J., native, Bass was a four-year standout midfielder at Albright College, where she earned First-Team All-MAC Commonwealth honors as a junior and senior and competed in the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game.
