Northwestern Volleyball Adds Dignan to Incoming Class

EVANSTON, Ill. - Head Coach Tim Nollan announced the addition of Lauren Dignan to his incoming first-year class on Friday. Dignan, a libero, will join Bella Bullington and Kayla Kauffman as newcomers to Nollan's roster in the fall of 2025.

"I am very excited to add Lauren to our 2025 class," said Nollan, "She brings elite ball control as a player and has had great success through her club and high school career. Lauren is a great addition to the university with elite athletics and elite academics. I can't wait to see her in a wildcat uniform!"

High School: Ranked the No. 26 player out of California on Prep Dig… four-year varsity player, including one season as a defensive specialist and three seasons as the starting libero… named second-team All-League in 2022 and 2023… California State Final and Durango Fall Classic Show Stopper… helped the Bulls to a No. 1 ranking in NorCal and a No. 8 ranking statewide… won back-to-back-to-back conference championships from 2022 to 2024 with Branson… made the 2021 State Quarterfinals, then won the CIF State Championship in 2022… earned a trip back to the State Semifinals in 2023 after a perfect 8-0 season in league… AAU team finished first in the Power League in 2023 before finishing fifth in the 16 National Division at USAV Junior Nationals… competed against fellow recruits Bella Bullington and Kayla Kauffman… dad James played football at Columbia and attended Kellogg Business School… anticipated major at Northwestern is history.
