Northwestern Announces 2025 Baseball Schedule

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern Baseball announced its full 2025 schedule on Monday. The Wildcats are slated to host 22 home games this season, including 15 home Big Ten matchups. Opening Day at Rocky and Berenice Miller Park is set for Tuesday, March 11 vs. Illinois State. Northwestern will open up the 2025 season at Long Beach State for a three-game series (February 14-16). Northwestern's non-conference schedule also includes a trip to Cary, N.C. for contests with Indiana, Fordham and Harvard (February 21-23), along with series at Duke (February 28 - March 2) and The Citadel (March 7-9).

The 2025 conference schedule, previously announced on October 2, will be the conference's first to feature 30 games, expanding from 24.

The 'Cats will begin their second Big Ten slate under head coach Ben Greenspan with back-to-back home series, hosting Penn State (March 14-16) and Illinois (March 21-23) to open league play.

Northwestern will also welcome Iowa (April 4-6), Washington (April 25-27), and Ohio State (May 9-11).

On the road, the 'Cats will visit Maryland (March 28-30), Michigan State (April 11-13), Nebraska (April 18-20), Purdue (May 2-4) and UCLA (May 15-17).
