Wildcat Alum Kiera Shanley Named Director of Operations

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern lacrosse announced Kiera Shanley as its new Director of Lacrosse Operations on Friday. Shanley, a member of Wildcats' 2023 National Championship team and Northwestern alum, brings experience and passion to this role.
During her time as a student-athlete, Shanley made significant contributions, playing in 38 games, scoring 12 goals. She expressed her gratitude to the program, saying, "Thank you, Northwestern lacrosse, for giving me the best four years of my life, and for teaching me resilience and self-belief."

Shanley is now pursuing a Master's in Sports Administration from Northwestern, while fulfilling her dream of working in college athletics. Her transition from player to Director of Lacrosse Operations reflects her dedication to the sport and the Northwestern community.
