'Cats Claim Six Meets at NU Duals

Evanston, IL - Northwestern defeated Boston College, North Carolina, Stanford, Incarnate Word and won a pair of duals against Fairleigh Dickinson at Ryan Fieldhouse, as the Wildcats went 6-3 at the NU Duals over the weekend.
Ranked No. 8 in the country in the latest USFCA Coaches' Poll, the Wildcats saw strong performances from their returning All-Americans in Sky Miller, who swept Boston College and won a pair of duals against No. 4 Ohio State, and Anna Biasco, who swept North Carolina and won a pair of duals against Temple.
Julia Falinska also impressed in Evanston, with a pair of wins against No. 7 Cornell and Temple, while Alyssa Chen was absolutely unstoppable with a sweep against Boston College and a pair of wins against No. 4 Ohio State, No. 7 Cornell and Temple.
Chen was also honored as part of Senior Day ceremonies on Sunday afternoon, alongide a 2022 class includes All-Americans in Chen, Julia Falinska, Sarah Filby and ten all-conference fencers.
