EAST LANSING, Mich. -- No. 22 Northwestern rides a two-game win streak into East Lansing Sunday to take on Michigan State in an afternoon showdown.
The Wildcats swept the Spartans in two games last season, with a combined score differential of 58 points. Lindsey Pulliam and Veronica Burton starred in those two contests. Pulliam put up performances of 22 and 31 points while Burton scored 22 and 23 points, including a double-double in the latter game with 11 rebounds.
Northwestern is 6-3 against Michigan State since Dec. 2014. Sunday's game is the only regular season meeting between the programs this year.
Tip-off is slated for 2 p.m. CT with live coverage on Big Ten Network+ and WNUR Sports.

1. When both Lindsey Pulliam and Veronica Burton have started against Michigan State, they have averaged 18.3 and 15.3 points, respectively. In two games against the Spartans last year, the duo combined for 98 points.
