Fan Experience Guide for 2021-22 Women's Basketball

The Northwestern Women's Basketball program is excited to welcome fans back to Welsh-Ryan Arena. In advance of the 2021-22 season, take a look below for everything you need to know regarding the fan experience on gameday with the 'Cats. 
 
SEASON AND SINGLE-GAME TICKETS
 
Season tickets are still available for the 2021-22 season for a limited time only. In addition, single-game tickets are on sale now for all 16 home contests. See below for pricing and purchase online here.

Seating for all Northwestern Women's Basketball home games is general admission with the exception of rows 1-10 in the WC and 108 sections reserved for season ticket holders, or unless otherwise denoted.
 
MOBILE TICKETS
 
All tickets to Northwestern Athletics events are mobile beginning in the 2021-22 season. Fans are strongly encouraged to download their tickets before arriving at the arena to guarantee the quickest entry experience possible. Fans may access mobile tickets via web browser on their smartphones or via the Northwestern Athletics app. For more information regarding mobile tickets, visit NUSports.com/MobileTickets.

Please note that all guests must have a ticket for the event, regardless of age, unless the game is an exhibition as denoted on the schedule. Tickets for infants (2 years and younger) may be purchased at the game for $1 each. The Ticket Office is located on the west side of the main entrance to Welsh-Ryan Arena, adjacent to the main lobby.
 
In addition, re-entry is not permitted for Northwestern Women's Basketball games.

All guests to Northwestern Athletics indoor events must adhere to the COVID-19 Fan Policies found here.

VENUE & PARKING INFORMATION
 
All home Northwestern Women's Basketball games are played in Welsh-Ryan Arena (2705 Ashland Avenue) unless otherwise denoted on the schedule. Parking is available in the East Lot and West Lost adjacent to Ryan Field, with ADA parking available in the East Lot. Parking availability is subject to posted signage and restricted hours of Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., unless otherwise denoted. Campus parking information can be found here.
 
STUDENT GAMEDAY TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
 
Students have three options for gameday transportation throughout the 2021-22 season: the Intercampus Shuttle, the CTA #201 Bus, and the Student Gameday Shuttles. See below for shuttle schedules and additional details. 
 
Intercampus Shuttle
Days of Operation: Monday-Friday year-round excluding University holidays
Note: The last shuttle is scheduled to depart from Ryan Field at 9:30 p.m. on days of operation.

Days of Operation: Monday-Saturday
Note: The last bus is scheduled to depart from Ryan Field at approximately 8 p.m. on weekdays and 7:25 p.m. on Saturdays.

Student Gameday Shuttles
Days of Operation: All Sunday Gamedays as well as 1/3, 1/27, and 2/24
Note: Shuttles for women's basketball games start running 1 hour before game time and provides continuous load-and-go service for up to 1 hour after the game is over. Women's Basketball gameday shuttles are not tracked on DoubleMap.

In addition, Welsh-Ryan Arena is located near the CTA Purple Line 'Central' Stop and Metra 'Central' Stop. 

DIGITAL GAME PROGRAMS 
 
Game programs are now digital! Game programs will be available here for all regular season home games. Fans will also be able to scan the QR code on the videoboard or at the purple table inside the main lobby of Welsh-Ryan Arena to access the digital program at each game. For fans who would like a printed scorecard to fill in during the game, those will be available first-come, first-served on the purple table at every home game. 

CONCESSIONS
 
Concessions are available at all home Northwestern Women's Basketball games, including exhibition games. Concessions sales are cashless this season, so please keep this in mind as you plan your visit to Welsh-Ryan Arena.

GROUP EXPERIENCES
 
Groups of 15 or more people can experience a memorable gameday with the Wildcats by booking exclusive experiences to complete their visit to Welsh-Ryan Arena. Group experiences available for the 2021-22 season include custom videoboard messages, halftime hoops scrimmages, birthday party packages, and more. ADDITIONAL GAMEDAY INFORMATION
 
Doors open 60 minutes prior to tipoff for every home regular season women's basketball game. Guests may enter through the main entrance of Welsh-Ryan Arena, located on the south side of the building. All guests will pass through metal detectors upon entrance, and guests who are unable to pass through metal detectors for medical reasons will be screened separately. All bags will be searched. 
 
First Aid is located behind Section 101 on the event level, west of the main lobby. 
 
Lost items may be turned in to the Ticket Office in the main lobby of Welsh-Ryan Arena. All unclaimed items remaining after gameday will be turned in to the Facilities Office at 847-491-7887. 
 
Merchandise is available for purchase at every home women's basketball game at Let's Tailgate, located in the main lobby of Welsh-Ryan Arena. Guests may also purchase merchandise by visiting Let's Tailgate during their business hours at 1805 Central Street. 
 
Common items that guests are prohibited from bringing into Welsh-Ryan Arena include, but are not limited to: alcoholic beverages, umbrellas, noisemakers, banners, flags, signs, video cameras, televisions, large-lens cameras, tripods, large radios, thermoses, ice chests, wine skins, coolers, and outside food or beverage. Storage of these items for guests is not provided.
