Wildcats Frustrated by Pitt on Day Two of Paradise Jam

ST. THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands – Northwestern fell 72-60 to Pitt on day two of the Paradise Jam on Friday.
The Wildcats dropped to 4-2 on the season and are 1-1 at the tournament.
The 'Cats were done in on the boards and at the free throw line on a frustrating evening.
First year Jillian Brown led the 'Cats with 14 points.
Senior forward Courtney Shaw recorded his second double-double in a row and fourth of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Senior guard Veronica Burton tallied 12 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals.
The Wildcats close out the tournament on Saturday night with a ranked matchup against No. 23 Texas A&M. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. CT and will be streamed on ESPN3.
