2020 I-MAP Class Announced

EVANSTON, Ill. – The David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program has announced the six sophomore student-athletes that have been named this year's Immersion, Mentorship and Actualization Program (I-MAP) Award recipients.
I-MAP was designed with the support of Kellogg School of Management alumnus, Michael Price, to provide a three to five day industry immersion program to help Wildcat student-athletes gain first-hand experience in a professional field of interest while also building their professional network.
The 2020 I-MAP Award winners are Kayla Blas (Field Hockey, Mechanical Engineering), Madison Doucette (Lacrosse, Manufacturing and Design Engineering), Miriam Guevara (Women's Swimming and Diving, Political Science), Sara McCoy (Cross Country, English and Environmental Sciences), Kiara McNulty (Volleyball, Computer Science) and Matt Vinci (Wrestling, Mechanical Engineering). The 2020 I-MAP class includes student-athletes from six different teams, with first time award winners from lacrosse, cross country, and wrestling.
In its fourth year of programming, the I-MAP experience continues to connect current student-athletes with Northwestern alumni and supporters of Northwestern Athletics around the world through the help of the David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program.
Through programs such as I-MAP, the David G. Kabiller NU for Life Program provides support to students-athletes and the resources necessary to excel professionally once they have completed their athletic careers. These resources are available to student-athletes the moment they arrive on campus and remain with them as they navigate their careers.
