EVANSTON, Ill. -
Northwestern will continue Big Ten play on Thursday when it takes on No. 15 Indiana at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Tip-off will be at 6 pm on BTN+.

Both Indiana and Northwestern are tied atop the Big Ten with a 4-1 record so far through conference play.

The Wildcats enter the matchup at 14-2 overall after a win over the Purdue on Sunday, by a score of 61-56. Senior center Abbie Wolf had impressive night with a career-high 24 points on 9-of-18 shooting and a 6-of-8 clip from the free-throw line. Wolf finished with a double-double including 11 boards, and a career-high five blocks.

Northwestern defense, ranked tenth in the country in points allowed per game, held Purdue to 36.1% shooting and forcing 18 turnovers. The 'Cats finished with a +10 turnover margin, improving their ranking to second in Big Ten this season in that category.

Sophomore guard Veronica Burton played a key role with four steals, keeping her top ranking in the conference in steals per game with 3.8.

Junior guard Lindsey Pulliam, who ranks third in the conference with 18.5 points per game, has averaged 28.0 points per game in three career matchups against Indiana. The 'Cats swept the series, 2-0, last season including a 27-point outburst from Pulliam at Assembly Hall.

The 'Cats are receiving 23 votes in the latest AP Top 25 Poll, giving them the 27th most points. NU ranks 15th in live RPI according to WarrenNolan.com, while Indiana ranks ninth.

Indiana owns a 14-3 record with wins over then-No. 5 South Carolina and then No. 21 Miami. Like Northwestern, the Hoosier's only conference loss has come at the hands of Iowa.
