Northwestern Ready to Host Notre Dame on Tuesday

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern (23-24, 10-11 Big Ten) is set to host Notre Dame (22-26, 12-15) for the final midweek contest of the season.
Southpaw Parker Hanks (3-4, 4.63 ERA) will get the start for NU, while Notre Dame will start righty Andrew Belcik (1-3, 3.64 ERA).
The game will be the second of two this year between the Wildcats and the Fighting Irish. ND won the first game this year, though both squads split last season.
Notre Dame is coming off a sweep of Canisius this weekend. The Wildcats, meanwhile, are coming off taking two of three at Rutgers, NU's second-straight series win.
After the midweek, NU will host Minnesota on Thursday through Saturday for the final regular season series of the year.
