Four Wildcats Score Double-Digits At Michigan

ANN ARBOR, MICH. - Four Wildcats recorded double-digit figures in Northwestern's overtime showdown against the Michigan Wolverines Tuesday night. In the final seconds of the game, Michigan was able to make just one more free throw than the Wildcats as Chicago's Big Ten Team dropped to the Wolverines, 79-78, in Crisler Arena.

Lindsey Pulliam led the way with her third 22-point game of the season and notched her 14th consecutive double-digit scoring effort. The sophomore went 10-of-12 from the line, the most free throws made from the captain this season.
Junior Abbie Wolf was a force in the paint, setting a career high 17 points and 13 rebounds in her first career double-double with eight made field goals on nine attempts.
Jordan Hamilton played a full 45 minutes, a career high, as she shot a hot 80 percent from deep, tying her season high of four three pointers. The sophomore finished the night with 16 points while senior Pallas Kunaiyi-Akpanah added 12 points.
The Wildcats forced 18 Michigan turnovers and swiped nine steals. The #B1GCats are second in the Big Ten for highest number of steals this season with 149.
Northwestern moves to 2-2 in conference play and a 9-6 mark overall. The Wildcats return home to take on the Purdue Boilermakers Sunday, Jan. 13 in the new Welsh-Ryan Arena on the Big Ten Network. Tip off is set for 4 p.m.
