EVANSTON. Ill. — After opening up Big Ten play last weekend against Maryland, the Northwestern men's soccer team will travel to Columbus to take on Ohio State Friday at 6:30 p.m CT.

Northwestern [4-2-1] fought throughout the match Friday, losing to the Terrapins in overtime after scoring a goal late in the second half. Camden Buescher was the only wildcat to find the back of the net, scoring the first goal of that matchup and his third of the season. Tommy Katsiyiannis and Jake Roberge were the only other plays to get shots on goal.

Ohio State [1-5-1] is coming off a 3-1 loss to Penn State Sunday. Devyn Etling scored the only goal for the Buckeyes in the second half, with Jake Scheper recording an assist. Ohio State's only win came against Hofstra early in the season.

Northwestern has prided itself on keeping opponents off the scoreboard this season. The Wildcats rank sixth in the country with .714 shutout percentage.

The game will be live on BTN Plus and on the BTN2Go app. The live stream can also be watched here.
