Northwestern Announces Six Signees in Class of 2022

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern fencing head coach Zach Moss announced the signing of six members in the class of 2022 Friday.
They are: Julia Falinska (Warsaw, Poland / VII High School), Ananya Gupta (Chicago, IL / Walter Payton College Prep), Natalie Kim (Glenview, IL / Glenbrook South), Dhruthi Reddy (South Brunswick, NJ / Rutgers Preparatory), Robyn Song (Irvine, CA / Northwood), and Doreen Du (Shanghai, China / Shanghai World Foreign Language Academy).
"We are extremely excited about this class, " Moss said. "As a whole, this class adds a lot of depth to our program. This group brings drive, international experience, and terrific enthusiasm, and they are excited about the academic challenges and athletic opportunities to improve and contribute.
"We return an experienced conference championship-winning team and these young women are a terrific fit for the culture that our returning fencers have created. They have the talent, experience, and opportunity to contribute right away."
The Wildcats return 20 fencers next season after setting a program record with 47 wins in the 2017-18 season and winning their second Midwest Fencing Conference title in the past three years.
