Amonte Hiller Announces Eight Home Games in the 2019 Schedule

EVANSTON, Ill. – On Thursday afternoon, Head Coach Kelly Amonte Hiller announced the 2019 lacrosse schedule as the Northwestern lacrosse program sets out to capture their eighth national title in program history.

The Wildcats will play 16 games this season, with eight of them being played in Evanston. Seven of the 16 teams the 'Cats are set to face participated in the 2018 NCAA tournament, three of which made it to the semifinals.

Season tickets for the eight games played in the Ryan Fieldhouse and Lanny and Sharon Martin Stadium are on sale now. To purchase ticketsvisit the NUSports.com online ticket sales center or contact the ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE.

Fans have three options for season ticket packages in 2019:
Adult Season Tickets: $39
Youth Season Tickets: $20
Family Plan (2 adults, 3 kids): $99

Northwestern lacrosse will host a clinic in Ryan Fieldhouse on Sunday Jan. 27 from 3-5. The cost of the clinic is $25 for youth (anyone under grade 8) and $40 for high school students. All clinic participants will receive a season tickets for the 2019 lacrosse season.

The Wildcats will kick the season off with three home games starting with Louisville on Feb. 8, followed by Dartmouth and Duke on Feb. 15 and Feb. 17. The 'Cats will then head to New York state to take on Syracuse and Canisius on Feb. 24 and 25.

Chicago's Big Ten Team will then head south to take on national semifinalists North Carolina in Raleigh before heading back to Evanston for a fall rematch against Boston College on March 9. During the game on March 9, Northwestern will also honor to 2008 amd 2009 National Championships teams during Alumni Day.

The 'Cats will then head out on the road to face Rutgers and Marquette. To wrap up the month of March, the 'Cats will play back-to-back home games against Penn State and Penn on March 28 and 31 before heading to Baltimore to take on John Hopkins on April 6.

Northwestern wraps up its home slate with back-to-back Big Ten matchups against Maryland and Michigan on April 11 and 18. Before the Michigan contest, ten Wildcats will be honored for Senior Day. The 'Cats will wrap up regular season play with two road games against Notre Dame and Ohio State on April 20 and 25.

Johns Hopkins will be hosting both the Big Ten Championship at Homewood Field on May 3 & 5.
