CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Northwestern volleyball dropped a match, 3-0, to No. 7 Illinois on Saturday night at Huff Hall.

Next, Northwestern travels to Wisconsin and Minnesota on Oct. 12 and 13.

TEAM NOTES

Northwestern combined for 24 kills, 22 assists, and 29 digs.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES

Nia Robinson led the Wildcats with nine kills … Abryanna Cannon had five kills.
Britt Bommer paced the Northwestern stat sheet with 19 assists … She was also two-for-two on kills.
Michelle Lee had a team-high eight digs … Alana Walker led NU with two blocks.

MATCH NOTES

S1 | Illinois hit .444 en route to a 25-13 set victory.
S2 | Northwestern hit at a .250 clip, but dropped the set to the Fighting Illini, 25-17.
S3 | The 'Cats were not able to halt the Illinois offense and dropped the last set, 25-13.
