EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern continues on the road in Big Ten play when it travels to Michigan State for a 6 p.m. CT contest Wednesday night at the Breslin Center in East Lansing, Michigan.
The Wildcats are coming off a convincing 74-59 win at Illinois on New Year's Eve. Four 'Cats scored in double figures, led by sophomore Abi Scheid's second 20-point game of the season.
Northwestern (8-8, 1-1) has won three of the last four against Michigan State (11-4, 1-1), including an 11-point victory last season in Evanston.

First-year guard Lindsey Pulliam continues to pace all Big Ten newcomers with her 14.9 points per game. She is averaging 16.0 points per contest through her first two career conference games. Junior forward Pallas Kunaiyi-Akpanah is averaging a double-double for the season with 10.6 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. In Big Ten play so far, she is at 15.5 points and 13.0 boards per contest.
The Wildcats hit 8-of-14 shots from beyond the arc in the win over the Illini and are one of the top three-point shooting teams in the Big Ten, sitting third at nearly 38 percent. Senior guard Lydia Rohde connects on more than 40 percent of her three-point attempts, ranking inside the top-10 among all Big Ten student-athletes.
Chicago's Big Ten Team returns home after this two-game road swing to host Nebraska on Autism Awareness Day Jan. 7 at 2 p.m.
