MADISON, Wis. — The Wildcats were unable to topple No. 9 Wisconsin at the UW Field House on Saturday, falling in straight sets.

NU's best team performance came in the first set, when the squad combined for a .200 clip. First-year outside hitter Nia Robinson led the charge, with a .357 mark, thanks to six kills and one error on 14 swings. The 'Cats dropped the match-opener, 25-17, the closest set of the contest.

Robinson posted another strong performance in the third set, accumulating six kills. Sophomore outside hitter Allie Lindroth had five digs and a kill in the set, as well.

Senior middle blocker Gabrielle Hazen and sophomore defensive specialist Sarah Johnson finished the match with an ace, while first-year libero Lexi Pitsas led the squad with 10 digs.

The Wildcats are back in action at Illinois on Wednesday, Nov. 1, on a BTN-broadcasted contest.
