EVANSTON, Ill. - The No. 24 Northwestern Wildcats will travel to Ohio State for a crucial Big Ten matchup on Saturday at 6 p.m. CT.

The Wildcats are 10-1-0 this season with eight shutouts, the joint-highest total in the country. Ohio State is 7-4-1 and ranked No. 21 in the country in RPI. NU has nine points in Big Ten play, while OSU has four.

Northwestern did not play a midweek game, but is fresh off a three-game road swing. The 'Cats dropped a 2-0 to then-No. 22 Rutgers on Friday, Sept. 23, before rebounding with a dominating 4-1 victory over Maryland on Sunday, Sept. 25.

Ohio State is coming off a 3-0 home win last Sunday to Iowa after dropping two straight 3-0 results to Minnesota and Nebraska.

The player to watch on Ohio State is Senior Lindsay Agnew, who has netted eight goals this season, the second highest total in the conference, and the 13th highest in the country.

Twelve Wildcats have registered goals so far this year, including freshmen Maddy Lucas who has registered two for NU this season.

Junior Lauren Clem has been a solid presence for the Wildcats' defense this year, playing every minute of the 2016 season. So far this year, she has recorded eight clean sheets, allowing just four goals in 11 games.

Against Indiana State, Clem recorded a program record with her 25th career shutout. Clem now has 30-career cleansheets.
