EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern has announced the dates and locations for fans to pick up their 2016 Run For Walk packets, beginning Wednesday, July 27, at Fleet Feet Chicago Lincoln Square and continuing with three other locations in the Evanston/Wilmette areas prior to race day.

The complete list of packet pickup locations are:

Wednesday, July 27 - 10 a.m.-8 p.m. - Fleet Feet Chicago Lincoln Square location (4762 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago, IL)
Thursday, July 28 - Noon-6 p.m. - Wilmette Jewelers (1149 Wilmette Ave., Wilmette, IL)
Friday, July 29 - 10 a.m.-5 p.m. - Whole Foods (2748 Green Bay Road, Evanston, IL)
Saturday, July 30 - 10 a.m.-5 p.m. - Let's Tailgate (1807 Central St., Evanston, IL)
Sunday, July 31 - Race Day starting at 6 a.m. in Welsh-Ryan Arena lobby

The 2016 Run For Walk is a Chicago Area Runner's Association (CARA) Runners' Choice Circuit event. The unique run distance of 4.1 miles harkens back to former Northwestern football head coach Randy Walker's uniform number -- 41 -- during his collegiate playing days at Miami University. Both the run and walk take place through Evanston's tree-lined streets and on Northwestern's campus with participants finishing on historic Ryan Field. View the full course map here.
